Joining us from Australia, Jaylee brings over two decades of international teaching experience in subconscious transformation, energetic anatomy, and conscious awareness.

With formal training in psychology and clinical hypnosis, alongside years of spiritual study with Tao and Tibetan masters, Jaylee bridges science and consciousness in a way that feels grounded, practical, and deeply clarifying.

What makes her presence truly special is not just her knowledge — it’s her ability to translate complex inner dynamics into insight that feels immediately applicable to real life.

Rachel Logan guides the body-led elements through gentle movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness practices designed to support nervous system regulation. Her facilitation is intuitive, grounded, and deeply attuned to each woman’s capacity. She creates experiences that are choice-based and accessible, honouring personal boundaries while helping participants reconnect with a steady internal rhythm. Calm Within the Chaos is an in-person wellness workshop for women designed to support anxiety relief, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance through gentle, practical, body-based practices you can use in daily life.

We know plans can change — and we also lovingly plan every detail of these experiences in advance. For this reason, tickets for  online events are non-refundable.
