This is a soul-nourishing weekend immersed in nature, created for women who are longing to slow down, soften, and gently return to themselves. Away from the roles, the expectations, and the constant doing, this weekend offers space to rest, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath it all.
This is not an escape from life.
It’s a return to yourself.

We’ll be gathering at our most beloved camp location — a place that has held our community with deep care and presence for years.
This will be our 7th Soul Full Camp held here, and there is a reason we continue to return.
Camp Lutherlyn holds something truly special.
Imagine being surrounded by towering pines, rolling meadows, and sandy beaches, spread across more than 130 acres of pure natural beauty in the Ottawa Valley. The land itself invites you to slow down — to breathe deeper, move more gently, and soften into the present moment.
Many women describe feeling a shift the moment they arrive — as though the space itself is holding them.
As the sun sets each evening, the sky opens in the most breathtaking way — a quiet reminder to pause, reflect, and let the day gently release.
This peaceful natural setting is not just the backdrop for the retreat — it is an active part of the healing, supporting deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.
The Sacred Return weaves together healing practices, spiritual exploration, and meaningful connection — all held in a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.
Everything is invitational.
Over the weekend, you’ll be gently guided to:
🌿 Reconnect with your body and nervous system
Through grounding, regulating practices that support safety, presence, and ease.
🔥 Experience heart-led healing and spiritual practices
That invite emotional and energetic softening, release, and renewal.
🌙 Deepen your intuition and inner knowing
By creating quiet, spacious moments where your inner voice can be heard again.
🌲 Spend intentional time in nature
Allowing the land, trees, and water to support your healing and clarity.
🤍 Rest, reflect, and be held in community
In a circle of women walking a similar path — without pressure to share or perform.

Let this be clear:
This weekend is not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s not about pushing through or powering up.
The Sacred Return is about remembering.
Remembering who you are beneath the noise, the roles, and the responsibilities.
Remembering the wisdom your body already holds.
Remembering the quiet strength that’s always been there.
Healing here happens gently — through safety, presence, connection, and choice.
Each day follows a thoughtful rhythm that honours both structure and spaciousness, including:
Guided healing and spiritual sessions.
Time in nature and on the land.
Moments for rest and reflection.
Shared meals and organic connection.
Gentle pauses for integration.
Some moments may feel deeply nourishing and reflective.
Others may feel light, expansive, or quietly powerful.
You are always invited to engage in ways that feel right for you.
Every detail of The Sacred Return Soul Full Camp has been thoughtfully designed to support rest, connection, and a sense of being gently cared for — so you can fully arrive and receive.

You’re feeling tired, disconnected, or emotionally full
You’re craving space to breathe and soften
You’re drawn to healing and spiritual exploration in a grounded way

This is a space where:
your pace is respected
