About Heather

In June 2009, Heather DelRosario faced a life-changing wake-up call. Sitting in an emergency room with chest pains, she received a diagnosis that would shift her world: burnout. What followed was a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation..

Inspired by Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection, Heather courageously confronted her past, let go of others’ expectations, and reconnected with her authentic self. That pivotal moment led her to declare, “I don’t want to live like this anymore.”

Since then, Heather has dedicated her life to empowering women to embrace their true selves and create meaningful change. As Co-Founder of Soul Full Events, Heather has guided hundreds of women on their own journeys to authenticity and empowerment.
