A heart-led camp experience for women to move, connect, play, and come home to themselves.
Harvest & Heart is a heart-led camp experience for women who want time away from the noise of everyday life — and space to reconnect through adventure, creativity, and shared experience.
This weekend is an invitation to pause and take stock — to notice the seeds you’ve planted throughout the year, the ways you’ve grown, and what’s ready to be gathered, celebrated, and carried forward. It’s also a chance to reconnect with your heart — to listen inward, follow what feels true, and move through the weekend with curiosity and courage.
Held in the beautiful Haliburton Highlands, this camp blends all the best parts of a classic camp experience — high ropes, hiking trails, crafts, and campfires — with Soul Full–facilitated sessions that invite connection, confidence, and meaningful moments to unfold naturally.

Some moments may feel playful and energizing.
Others may feel reflective and grounding.
You’re always invited to engage in ways that feel right for you — following your own rhythm and honoring what your heart is asking for.
There’s no pressure to participate in everything.
No expectation to push beyond what feels aligned.
Just space to show up honestly and choose what supports you.
Being present and spending time outdoors.
Moving your body and trying new things.
Connecting with other women in an easy, genuine way.
Creating, playing, and laughing without expectation.
Recognizing the beauty of what you’ve already been growing.
This is about appreciating where you are — not fixing, forcing, or becoming someone new.

Across the weekend, you’ll be invited into a balanced flow of:
Outdoor adventure activities.
Creative and playful experiences.
Soul Full–facilitated sessions focused on connection and courage.
Campfires, cozy evenings, and shared moments.
Spacious downtime to rest, wander, or reflect.
It’s the joy and simplicity of camp — held in a way that feels warm, welcoming, and deeply human.
Every part of Harvest & Heart has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of ease, safety, and belonging — so you can settle in, let your shoulders drop, and simply be present.
This is a weekend where you’re supported without being directed, invited without being pushed, and welcomed exactly as you are. From the flow of the schedule to the balance of activity and rest, everything is held with care so you can follow your own rhythm and engage in ways that feel right for you.
You’ll be surrounded by like-hearted women, grounded facilitators, and a setting that encourages connection, play, and quiet moments to land naturally.

Harvest & Heart is for you if you:
Want time to reflect, reconnect, and reset
Crave movement, nature, and shared experience

You don’t need to be outdoorsy.
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
You just need to come as you are.

For years, Soul Full Camps have been gathering women into intentional spaces rooted in care, trust, and connection — places many return to because they feel seen, safe, and welcome just as they are.
