Harvest & Heart

A Camp for Connection, Courage & Play

Haliburton Highlands, Ontario

You don’t need another busy weekend — you need this one.

A heart-led camp experience for women to move, connect, play, and come home to themselves.

Harvest & Heart is a heart-led camp experience for women who want time away from the noise of everyday life — and space to reconnect through adventure, creativity, and shared experience.

This weekend is an invitation to pause and take stock — to notice the seeds you’ve planted throughout the year, the ways you’ve grown, and what’s ready to be gathered, celebrated, and carried forward. It’s also a chance to reconnect with your heart — to listen inward, follow what feels true, and move through the weekend with curiosity and courage.

Held in the beautiful Haliburton Highlands, this camp blends all the best parts of a classic camp experience — high ropes, hiking trails, crafts, and campfires — with Soul Full–facilitated sessions that invite connection, confidence, and meaningful moments to unfold naturally.

What This Weekend Feels Like

Some moments may feel playful and energizing.
Others may feel reflective and grounding.

You’re always invited to engage in ways that feel right for you — following your own rhythm and honoring what your heart is asking for.

There’s no pressure to participate in everything.
No expectation to push beyond what feels aligned.
Just space to show up honestly and choose what supports you.

Soul Full Camp Harvest & Heart weekend is about:

Being present and spending time outdoors.
Moving your body and trying new things.
Connecting with other women in an easy, genuine way.
Creating, playing, and laughing without expectation.
Recognizing the beauty of what you’ve already been growing.

This is about appreciating where you are — not fixing, forcing, or becoming someone new.

The Experience

Across the weekend, you’ll be invited into a balanced flow of:

Outdoor adventure activities.

Creative and playful experiences.

Soul Full–facilitated sessions focused on connection and courage.

Campfires, cozy evenings, and shared moments.

Spacious downtime to rest, wander, or reflect.

It’s the joy and simplicity of camp — held in a way that feels warm, welcoming, and deeply human.

How You Will Be Held This Weekend

Every part of Harvest & Heart has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of ease, safety, and belonging — so you can settle in, let your shoulders drop, and simply be present.

This is a weekend where you’re supported without being directed, invited without being pushed, and welcomed exactly as you are. From the flow of the schedule to the balance of activity and rest, everything is held with care so you can follow your own rhythm and engage in ways that feel right for you.

You’ll be surrounded by like-hearted women, grounded facilitators, and a setting that encourages connection, play, and quiet moments to land naturally.

Where Comfort Meets Nature

Imagine staying in rustic camper cabins surrounded by the beauty and harmony of nature. It’s your perfect home away from home, where you’ll build friendships that last a lifetime. You’ll stay in cozy, heated cabins, allowing you to enjoy full days outdoors and then settle into warmth and comfort each evening. Each cabin room will sleep 2 – 5 women. All the cabins have washrooms.

Workshops & Sessions

Immerse yourself in thoughtfully facilitated workshops and heart-led sessions designed to spark connection and curiosity. Move through outdoor adventures, creative experiences, and playful moments that invite confidence, presence, and soulful growth. There’s something for everyone — and the best part? You get to choose the experiences your heart and spirit are calling you toward.

Nourishing Cuisine

Gather in the dining room to enjoy meals crafted by the camp chef, keeping you energized throughout your stay. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available all day for your comfort and enjoyment. We accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences, including Vegetarian, Vegan, and Halal, ensuring every guest feels cared for and satisfied throughout the entire weekend experience from arrival to departure.

What Our Campers Have To Say About Their Experience
"I have been to several Soul Full camps, each time I go it always amazes me how what I thought I went to learn or do ends up taking it's own course. I always seem to get what my soul really needed not my preconceived ideas. Thank you Heather and Jenny for the place for us to grow. I am so grateful for your camps."
Kelly P.
“Soul Full Camp is an experience like no other. I went on my own and by the end of the weekend had made deep connections with the women there that were soul filling! From the classes you can choose from to the breakout group sessions, this entire experience was so healing and nourishing. I can't wait to return in the future!.”
Jahje I.
“The location was amazing, the leaders and group events were well planned and executed and the bonding with fellow women was priceless. Being surrounded and supported fully at all times to get the most out of every session. Highly recommend to every woman who is looking for a safe supportive program!
