Intentionally limited to 15 women.
There comes a moment when the way you’ve been holding life together…
no longer feels sustainable.
You’ve learned how to be capable.
Responsible.
Reliable.
The one who makes things happen.
The one people depend on.
But that strength often comes with a quiet cost.
The constant effort.
The emotional weight.
The feeling that you are always carrying more than you can truly rest inside.
Eventually something inside begins asking for something different.
More ease.
More support.
More space to breathe.
Embodied Abundance was created for that moment.
A moment when you stop forcing life forward…
and begin experiencing what it feels like to be supported by it.

For many women, the challenge isn’t attracting abundance.
It’s feeling safe enough to receive it.
Many of us learned early that our value came from being useful.
Being capable.
Being dependable.
Being the one who holds everything together.
Over time, this creates a pattern of over-functioning.
We give more than we receive.
We carry responsibilities that were never meant to be ours.
We keep pushing forward even when our bodies are asking for rest.
Eventually something inside begins to feel depleted.
Not because we’re doing life wrong…
But because our nervous systems learned that effort is safer than receiving.
So even when support, opportunities, or abundance appear, it can feel uncomfortable to hold.
We default back to effort.
Control.
Over-giving.
Not because we lack abundance…
But because our bodies never learned how to feel safe with it.

Embodied Abundance is a four-day immersive retreat designed to help women reconnect with their internal resources.
Through somatic practices, reflective experiences, nature, ritual, and meaningful conversation, we gently unwind the patterns that keep women stuck in effort and depletion.
This retreat is not about pushing harder.
It’s about remembering how to receive.
Together we explore what it means to live with:
So your nervous system doesn’t tighten when things go well.
So you can hold more without overwhelm or overgiving.
So you trust yourself to manage what you receive — emotionally, energetically, practically.
Many retreats offer rest, beautiful locations, and inspiring conversations.
Those things can be wonderful — but they often only create temporary relief.
Embodied Abundance was designed differently.
Rather than focusing on motivation or surface-level mindset work, this retreat focuses on the deeper patterns that influence how much abundance your body can actually hold.

A Nervous-System-Informed Approach
When the body doesn’t feel safe, it returns to effort and control.
Throughout this retreat, experiences are designed to gently regulate the nervous system so receiving begins to feel natural again.
A Small, Intimate Group
This retreat is intentionally limited to only 15 women, allowing deeper connection and personal attention.
Spacious Integration Time
Instead of filling every moment, this retreat includes intentional space for rest, nature, and reflection so insights can truly land.
A Depth of Experience
Soul Full Events has spent years guiding women through transformational retreat experiences.
Embodied Abundance blends:
Each element is woven together to create meaningful transformation.

This retreat unfolds as a gentle progression — expanding your capacity to hold abundance in your body and life.
From Holding It All → Being Held
The retreat begins slowly.
You arrive, settle into the lakefront space, and allow your nervous system to shift out of urgency and into ease.
Our opening circle introduces the central theme of the retreat — releasing the patterns of over-functioning many women have carried for years.
This is where the armor begins to come off.
Power Is the First Form of Abundance
Many women learned to replace power with control.
Through embodiment practices and reflection, you’ll reconnect with your internal steadiness and begin reclaiming the energy that belongs to you.
Wanting More Without Guilt
This day invites you to reconnect with what you truly want — without apology.
Through creative exploration and reflective experiences, you’ll expand your nervous system’s capacity to receive more ease and joy.
The evening closes with a cacao ceremony and abundance ritual designed to anchor this experience deeply in the body.
Holding Abundance with Ease
Our final morning focuses on integration.
Through gentle movement and reflection, you’ll anchor the shifts you’ve experienced and explore how to bring this embodied sense of abundance back into everyday life.
You won’t leave chasing abundance.
You’ll leave knowing how to stay with it.

Many women arrive carrying more than they realize.
On the outside life may look full and successful.
But internally there can be a quiet sense of exhaustion from always being the one who holds everything together.
Women often arrive feeling:

Nestled in a peaceful lakefront environment, the retreat space provides the perfect setting for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
Quiet mornings by the water.
Time in nature.
Evenings under the stars.
Nature becomes part of the experience, helping your nervous system soften and reset.
Sandy Lake – also known as Spirit Lake — invites you to float, breathe, and simply be.

Embodied Abundance is held by three women whose lived experience, presence, and facilitation styles create a container that feels both deeply supportive and exquisitely grounded.
Together, Heather, Jenny, and Rachel create a container that is calm, spacious, and deeply held — where women are supported to slow down, soften, and expand their capacity to receive. Their combined presence weaves embodiment, reflection, and nervous-system safety into an experience that feels both deeply human and profoundly restorative.

Heather brings a calm, steady presence that invites women to soften, slow down, and reconnect with themselves beneath the noise of daily life. Her work is rooted in deep listening, nervous-system awareness, and creating spaces where women feel safe to be real — without pressure to perform or “figure it all out.” Heather has a natural gift for guiding reflection and conversation in a way that feels gentle, affirming, and deeply anchoring, helping women come home to their own inner wisdom.
Jenny is known for her warmth, authenticity, and ability to create immediate connection. Drawing from her own journey through overwhelm, anxiety, and healing, she supports women in releasing old patterns and rebuilding trust in themselves. Jenny’s facilitation style blends insight, humour, and heartfelt presence — making deep inner work feel accessible, grounding, and deeply supportive. She has a powerful way of helping women recognize what’s already within them, and trust their capacity to receive and hold more with ease.
Rachel supports the body-led aspects of the retreat through gentle movement, breath, and embodied awareness. Her approach is intuitive, grounding, and deeply respectful of where each woman is in her own body and nervous system. Rachel creates movement and meditation experiences that feel accessible and nourishing — never forced — allowing participants to reconnect with their bodies as places of safety, wisdom, and rest.
Sometimes the right experience arrives at exactly the moment we need it.
Not because we planned it perfectly…
but because something inside recognizes that it’s time.
If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull to slow down…
to reconnect with yourself…
to experience life with more ease and support…
this retreat may be speaking to that part of you.
You don’t need to arrive with answers.
You simply need to be open to the possibility that abundance can feel different than it has before.
Embodied Abundance offers the space for that shift to begin.
If something in you is saying yes, we would love to welcome you.

You do not need to be “spiritual,” experienced with retreats, or comfortable sharing in groups to attend.
Both — in a grounded, gentle way.
Embodied Abundance is not an intense emotional processing retreat. While meaningful insights and emotions may arise, the focus is on safety, regulation, and integration, not catharsis or overwhelm.

A helpful question to ask yourself is not “Can I afford this?” but:
“How do I feel when I imagine myself there?”
If you notice a softening, a sense of relief, or a quiet yes in your body — that’s often the signal this work is meant to support you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to attend.
You just need to be willing to arrive.
We’re happy to help. Send us an email at hello@soulfullevents.com and we can set up a call or answer your questions via email if you’d like clarity before registering.
Whatever feels right for you.
