Calm Within the Chaos
Tools for Anxiety, Overwhelm & Emotional Regulation
Saturday, April 25th
A one-day, in-person day for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or anxious — and want practical tools to calm their nervous system and regain clarity.
Calm Within the Chaos is a practical, grounded wellness event designed to help women understand and regulate their nervous system.
This day is designed to help you understand and gently regulate your nervous system so you can:
Reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Feel calmer and steadier in your body
Respond to stress with more awareness instead of reacting
Create clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of inner steadiness in everyday life
This is a judgment-free, emotionally safe environment.
You’ll be surrounded by like-minded women who understand what it’s like to carry a lot — and who are here to learn, not to perform, fix, or explain themselves.
This is not therapy.
This is not a lecture.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is a guided, experiential day that blends education, reflection, and simple, usable nervous-system tools — so calm becomes something you can feel and access in real life, not just talk about.
Includes a nourishing, healthy lunch — so you can stay present, supported, and cared for throughout the day.
The Problem We’re Addressing
(And Why It’s Not Your Fault)
Many women arrive feeling:
Constantly “on edge,” even when life looks fine
Mentally exhausted from overthinking
Emotionally reactive or emotionally shut down
Unable to truly rest, even during downtime
From a nervous system perspective, this happens when the body has been in chronic stress or survival mode for too long.
When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe:
Anxiety increases
Emotions feel heavier
Focus and clarity decline
Rest stops being restorative
This day is designed to address the root cause of overwhelm — not just the symptoms.

Calm Within the Chaos is an in-person wellness workshop for women focused on nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, and practical tools for anxiety and overwhelm.
Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through a thoughtfully paced experience that blends learning, embodiment, and integration — designed to help you feel calmer, steadier, and more supported in your body.
You’ll experience:
A foundational learning session that explains how anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm affect the nervous system — in clear, accessible language
Two small-group experiential sessions (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) that allow for deeper connection and a more intimate, supportive environment
Body-based and mind–body practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional balance
Grounding techniques for stress management that can be used in daily life
Guided reflection and gentle prompts to support clarity and insight, without emotional overload
A closing integration experience to help everything land, so you leave feeling regulated, resourced, and steady
All practices are:
Gentle and accessible for all levels
Choice-based and adaptable
Designed to support safety, calm, and nervous-system awareness
There is no pressure to share, no fixing, no performance — and no expectation to push beyond your comfort.
Everything offered is invitational, and your body’s pace always comes first.
From the moment you arrive, the pace of the day invites you to soften.
There is space to settle, breathe, and be — without rushing or holding it all together. The day unfolds with a gentle rhythm, allowing time to move, pause, reflect, and integrate so your nervous system can truly land.
You’ll experience:
An unrushed, supportive flow
Gentle transitions that respect your body’s pace
A calm environment that supports presence and grounded connection
Time is intentionally built in to rest and nourish yourself — without managing logistics or watching the clock.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.
You’re simply invited to arrive as you are.

What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of the day, women often leave saying:
✔ “I finally feel like I can breathe again.”
✔ “I understand what’s been happening in my body.”
✔ “I have tools I can actually use when I feel overwhelmed.”
✔ “I feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded.”
You’ll leave with:
A clear understanding of how anxiety and overwhelm affect the nervous system
Practical tools to calm stress responses in real-world moments
Greater emotional awareness and regulation
A felt sense of steadiness you can return to
Increased self-trust and clarity
This isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about learning how to support yourself more effectively.
Who This Day Is For
This workshop is for women who:
Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally overloaded
Are high-functioning but internally exhausted
Carry a lot of responsibility for others
Want practical tools — not just inspiration
Are ready to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded
No prior experience is required.
