EMBODIED ABUNDANCE RETREAT

Reclaiming Power · Expanding Desire · Receiving with Ease

Thursday, May 28 – Sunday, May 31      •        Buckhorn, Ontario

A four-day, deeply nourishing, nature-immersed retreat for women who are ready to expand their capacity to receive — and to hold abundance with ease, safety, and self-trust.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about creating the internal conditions that allow abundance to land — and stay.

What Is This Retreat?

EMBODIED ABUNDANCE is a small, intimate retreat for women who are used to holding everything together — and are ready to learn how to receive more without it feeling overwhelming or fleeting.

It’s about building the inner safety and self-trust needed to not just welcome abundance, but to actually hold it in a sustainable way.

We’ve created this retreat to feel calm, supportive, and spacious. There’s no rushing, no fixing, and no pressure to show up any certain way. The work is about helping you feel safe enough to receive more — and trust yourself enough to hold it once it’s here.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You’re capable.
You’re thoughtful.
You’re often the one others rely on.

And yet, you might notice that when good things show up — more support, more opportunity, more ease — your body doesn’t fully relax.

You might:

  • feel a bit tense or guarded when things go well

  • stay alert even when you’re supposed to be resting

  • receive help, then feel the urge to give back or pull away

  • know you want more, but feel unsure how to let it stay

This isn’t a personal flaw.

It’s what happens when your nervous system hasn’t learned yet that it’s safe to receive — and safe to keep.

So abundance comes … but it doesn’t quite land.

Why This Matters (and What Actually Helps)

Here’s the heart of this retreat:

Abundance isn’t about getting more.
It’s about becoming someone who can stay open when more arrives.

Many women don’t struggle to create abundance.
They struggle with what happens after it shows up.

When life starts offering more — money, support, opportunity, pleasure — the body often tightens instead of settling. Not because you’re ungrateful or doing something wrong, but because “more” has come to mean pressure, responsibility, or loss in the past.

This retreat works in the body, not just the mind.

We focus on helping you:

  • feel safer in your body when things are going well

  • build the capacity to hold more without overgiving or burning out

  • trust yourself to manage what you receive

This is how abundance becomes something you can live with — not something that comes and goes.

We support you in building the internal conditions that allow abundance to land and stay:

Safety

So your nervous system doesn’t tighten when things go well.

Capacity

So you can hold more without overwhelm or overgiving.

Self-Trust

So you trust yourself to manage what you receive — emotionally, energetically, practically.

Imagine a Retreat Designed to Help You Receive More With Ease

Being here feels slower and more spacious than everyday life. You’ll feel supported without being pushed, and free to arrive exactly as you are. As your nervous system settles, your body naturally begins to relax instead of staying on alert.

The experience is comfortable and grounding without being overdone — nourishing for your body, your emotions, and your energy. From that sense of safety, aliveness starts to return. Desire wakes up gently, without pressure, and receiving begins to feel natural instead of effortful.

The practices and sessions throughout the weekend are designed to support real integration — not overwhelm.

You’ll be guided through:

  • gentle, body-based practices that help your nervous system settle

  • cacao ceremony and sound healing for reflection and integration

  • soft movement, meditation, and quiet time

  • guided conversations and workshops that offer insight without pressure

You’re always get to choose. Everything is optional. Rest is welcomed.

The Setting: Where Abundance Is Felt, Not Forced

The retreat is held at Green Nest Lodge in Buckhorn, Ontario — a calm, lakefront space chosen specifically for comfort, privacy, and rest.

You’ll stay in thoughtfully designed private or shared accommodations, with the option to choose what level of privacy feels right for you. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy bedding and access to generous shared spaces.

There’s room to spread out — indoors and outdoors — with lake views, firepits, quiet lounges, a heated swim spa and space to be alone or connect. Meals are nourishing and shared, with dietary needs accommodated in advance.

The setting isn’t just where we gather — it actively supports your body in slowing down and letting go.

Meet Your Facilitators

Embodied Abundance is held by three women whose lived experience, presence, and facilitation styles create a container that feels both deeply supportive and exquisitely grounded.

Together, Heather, Jenny, and Rachel create a container that is calm, spacious, and deeply held — where women are supported to slow down, soften, and expand their capacity to receive. Their combined presence weaves embodiment, reflection, and nervous-system safety into an experience that feels both deeply human and profoundly restorative.

Heather DelRosario

Heather brings a calm, steady presence that invites women to soften, slow down, and reconnect with themselves beneath the noise of daily life. Her work is rooted in deep listening, nervous-system awareness, and creating spaces where women feel safe to be real — without pressure to perform or “figure it all out.” Heather has a natural gift for guiding reflection and conversation in a way that feels gentle, affirming, and deeply anchoring, helping women come home to their own inner wisdom.

Jenny McKee

Jenny is known for her warmth, authenticity, and ability to create immediate connection. Drawing from her own journey through overwhelm, anxiety, and healing, she supports women in releasing old patterns and rebuilding trust in themselves. Jenny’s facilitation style blends insight, humour, and heartfelt presence — making deep inner work feel accessible, grounding, and deeply supportive. She has a powerful way of helping women recognize what’s already within them, and trust their capacity to receive and hold more with ease.

Rachel Logan

Rachel supports the body-led aspects of the retreat through gentle movement, breath, and embodied awareness. Her approach is intuitive, grounding, and deeply respectful of where each woman is in her own body and nervous system. Rachel creates movement and meditation experiences that feel accessible and nourishing — never forced — allowing participants to reconnect with their bodies as places of safety, wisdom, and rest.

If something in you has softened as you read this, that matters.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to listen to what feels true.

Embodied Abundance is intentionally small, and spaces are limited.

A helpful question to ask yourself is not “Can I afford this?” but:

“How do I feel when I imagine myself there?”

If you notice a softening, a sense of relief, or a quiet yes in your body — that’s often the signal this work is meant to support you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to attend.
You just need to be willing to arrive.

We’re happy to help. Send us an email at hello@soulfullevents.com and we can set up a call or answer your questions via email if you’d like clarity before registering.

Whatever feels right for you.
