Step Into Your Next Level of Leadership

A guided leadership experience for women in business who are ready to evolve how they lead, decide, and show up in their work and life.

If you’re a woman in business in Durham Region, Clarington, or nearby — and you feel the pull toward something bigger, clearer, or more aligned in your leadership — this experience was created for you.

The Inner CEO is a guided leadership experience designed to give you the space, reflection, and conversation needed to hear what your next level is asking of you.

It’s a day intentionally set aside to step away from the constant doing of business and reconnect with the deeper leadership within you — the part that sees the bigger picture, makes thoughtful decisions, and leads from clarity rather than pressure.

Through guided conversation, reflective exercises, and meaningful dialogue with other women in business, you’ll explore what your next level of leadership truly requires — and what may need to shift in order to step into it.

Join us Friday, May 1!

Includes delicious 3 course meal.

The Inner CEO Experience

The Inner CEO is an intimate, guided experience for women in business who want clarity, grounded confidence, and meaningful connection.

It’s for the woman who:

Feels the quiet pull toward a new level in her leadership or business
Knows she’s evolving, even if the next step isn’t fully clear yet
Wants to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention

You don’t need more noise or pressure.

You need the space to pause, reflect, and hear what your next level is asking of you.

Stepping Into Your Next Level

Growth in business doesn’t just come from better strategies.

It comes from becoming the woman who can hold the next level of responsibility, visibility, and success.

At every stage of business, there comes a moment when the old ways of operating stop working.

Not because you’re failing —
but because you’re evolving.

During this Inner CEO experience we explore questions like:

  • What does your next level of leadership actually require from you?
  • Where might you still be operating from an older version of yourself?
  • What new standards, boundaries, or decisions are being asked of you now?

This is the kind of reflection most women in leadership rarely have space for — and yet it’s exactly what creates meaningful growth.

What’s Really Going On Beneath the Surface

As women in business grow, there often comes a moment when something begins to shift.

Not necessarily because something is wrong — but because you’re evolving.

You might notice things like:

  • The way you’ve been operating no longer quite fits
  • Decisions feeling heavier as your responsibilities grow
  • Questioning whether you’re leading in the way that truly reflects who you are now
  • Feeling the pull toward something bigger, but not yet having the clarity for it

Often these moments aren’t problems to solve — they’re signals that you’re outgrowing the version of leadership that got you here.

When left unexamined, that shift can show up in your boundaries, your decisions, and how confidently you move forward.

This experience creates the space to pause, reflect, and listen to what your next level of leadership may be asking of you.

Why This Matters (and What Actually Helps)

Your business isn’t just shaped by strategy.

It’s shaped by:

  • Your mindset

  • Your nervous system

  • Your inner dialogue

When fear leads instead of intuition…
when scarcity replaces self-trust…
when old patterns quietly influence decisions…

Leadership becomes heavier than it needs to be.

During The Inner CEO, we explore what’s really influencing how you’re showing up — through guided reflection and facilitated conversation — so you can lead with more clarity, trust, and steadiness.

Nothing forced.
Nothing performative.
Just insight that lands.

What It Will Feel Like to Be There

Women often describe experiences like this as feeling:

  • Heard — without needing to over-explain

  • Safe — without being put on the spot

  • Connected — without comparison

  • Relieved — like they can exhale

  • Clearer — about how they want to lead

You’ll leave feeling:

  • Clearer about the next version of yourself as a leader
  • More grounded in the decisions ahead of you
  • Lighter from naming what you’ve been carrying
  • More confident stepping into your next level of business and leadership

How The Experience Unfolds

This is not a sit-and-listen session.

Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through interactive workshop activities designed to support reflection, insight, and meaningful connection.

The experience includes:

  • Thoughtfully facilitated conversations

  • Small breakout sessions that allow for deeper reflection and dialogue

  • Guided exercises using Points of You®, a visual, story-based tool that helps clarify what’s often difficult to put into words

These activities are designed to help you:

  • Gain perspective without overthinking

  • Reflect without needing to explain or defend yourself

  • Learn from shared insight — not advice-giving

You’ll always be in choice about how you participate.
Listening is just as valued as speaking.
